This is the second time we have stayed at the Charleston River View. The facilities were superbimmaculate and safe location. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. The rooms seemed to be sound proof. The maids were friendly and helpful.
Complimentary breakfast and better lighting in the room would have improved out stay.

Very confortable
The location is pretty good, only a few minutes drive to downtown Charleston....the king-size beds are super confortable and the rooms where nice and clean, I don't see how anyone could have had any complaints about this place. Will definitely stay again
a better selection in the pantry, and if you are going to sell cereal why not have single pint size milk available for sale? The lady even looked in the kitchen and they were out so I had to drive to a store at 2am to get the milk, after driving 14hrs to get there. I know this sounds petty but late at night after a long drive all you want to do is eat something and sleep

We had a very pleasant stay. The area was close to everywhere we wanted to go.
Food was good
Seemed to be short staffed, there was only one person waiting on you, seemed to be spread thin with help in the restaurant

Great location and clean property
The hotel is close to the Charleston tourist area. We had a free shuttle between 4 to 10 PM, to commute to and from within 4 miles radius. We took the shuttle to go to the Meeting St, as we had plans to drink. The shuttle driver Mr Michael was so friendly and funny. He took great care and dropped us at the spot where we needed to be. We stayed well past 10 PM, so getting a Uber ride back to the hotel was also easy.
