    Location really good. The bedroom was really good for us 4 (2 adults and 2 kids).

    Great location in downtown Charleston, but for the price I expected better service and cleanliness.
    Great location within walking distance to a lot of places. Rooms were well equipped and good size. Staff was friendly enough.
    We were checked into a dirty room. Changed rooms quickly. Was not easy to find out times for breakfast. Breakfast was not that great. Fruit was not fresh.

    Confusion about best value parking option, garage vs. valet. They really pushed valet though not convinced it was the best deal.

    Comfortable enjoyable stay in Charleston.
    A very nice property w great amenities. Wonderful common spaces. The breakfast was just OK. The rooftop bar great. Staff so friendly and helpful.
    Would have preferred being south - closer to Charleston campus.

    I loved the location and staff members.
    The breakfast was good but I felt there was limited selection of hot meals.
    The bed was to soft, the comforter was more like a blanket and the toilet paper dispenser kept falling off the wall.

    Great location in the Beautifull charleston
    For the amount of money we did had to pay this htel does totally not match the standard requested ( staff - services - Food - more and more ). Will not Go Back to any Hyatt
