    Lovely location
    Lovely location. Nice lobby and bar area. Comfortable bed. Nice size room.
    Room wasnt fully clean- bottle top and sticker on the floor in the bathroom. On entry, staff were not very friendly and helpful. We were not told where to go to the room so ended up wandering around the lobby. No information in the room regarding restaurant times etc.

    Very accommodating with electric charger, price and location, staff were very friendly too
    Terrible smell in bathroom when we arrived didnt go for an hour or two! Smelled like dirty water which could be due to being up on fourth floor. It went away which was fine

    Beautiful hotel, well decorated, spacious and modern rooms. Within walking distance to temple bar but have stayed closer in previous years in equally good hotels for a similar price range

    Fabulous stay, used the pool and sauna. Stayed for a few days the hotel is fabulous. Breakfast was amazing. Very attentive staff.
    The bed is split in 2, making it a little uncomfortable when it separates a little, can't fault the place otherwise.

    Such a gem, great food and great staff. Will return.
    Excellent location, staff so helpfully and friendly. The rooms were recently renovated, so they were very fresh, clean and modern rooms. 10 out of 10. The bar food was exceptional and they deserve a special mention for this alone. The food was priced very well with the exception of the ice cream. All in all a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to any traveller.
    The parking is very limited and tight parking spaces. This is a city centre Hotel so somewhat expected.

    The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and happy to help however they could.
    Although this is a city centre hotel I expected to see other buildings surrounding us, however our room overlooked a rubbish yard which was a little disappointing. We were on the 6th floor, and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. We also had to run the shower for a few minutes to get the hot water through.
