The location was good. Close to the beach.Plenty of bars & restaurants nearby but not too close to be noisy. Free parking as well.

No staff all 24hr. Pool was no so clean. Rooms and bathrooms were outdated. No enough utensils. Toaster didnt work.

Beds were terrible! Most uncomfortable Ive ever slept on. I fact none of us slept well and we almost didnt stay a second night because it was so uncomfortable. We wont book here again for this reason alone. We loved everything else and would return if beds were more comfortable.

Difficult to access second floor for elderly. (Stone stairs, no elevator.) Stove didnt work, tight space- fridge door opens wrong way (almost impossible to get to it as its against the wall in tiny kitchen), keurig machine but no pods. Bright lights right outside room, on all night.

The only decent thing about the whole place was the location.
The bathroom was extremely small and had mold. The room had a smell and they used a portable fan to try to eliminate it. The bathroom sink stopped up and no hot water for one night and the next morning.

Great stay!
Great location, 1 block from the beach in a quieter section of clearwater beach yet walking distance from the pier. Larger sized unit, good kitchen facilities, great coffee maker, a toaster oven, microwave and fabulous gas stove. The property had a lot of nice extras, suntan lotion, beach chairs, beach toys and beach umbrella and beach towels which was wonderful. Having free parking at the building was fabulous. Kim and Darlene who run it, and the cleaning staff were superb. You couldn't ask for nicer more accommodating people.
Every unit is different as they are owned by different people. Some have been updated, others have not. Our unit could have used some updating. The mattress could use replacing, 2 additional pillows for the bed would have been great to have ( I asked the cleaners and they gave them to us), a second night table would be helpful, and a few more kitchen dishes such as larger bowls plus additional tea towels ( only 1 was offered)... Nit picking here however we stayed for 1 week.
