    We got back at 23h from the Musical show we went to see, and would have very much appreciated being able to order a snack to take up to our room (restaurant closed at 23h).

    OK but accessibility via tram from airport terminal should be made clearer. It's very near to the second stop heading into Bordeaux city. We tried to walk with luggage but too far to do it comfortably. Tram much cheaper than taxi.
    Our flight was cancelled late into the evening and the best we could do was to rebook 2 days later. The hotel was unwilling to reimburse the first booking and the charge for the second booking was almost double the first!

    A good location close to the tram going to the city centre. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

    Poorly designed, poorly maintained, inadequate attention to detail.
    Some parking undercover. Lifts worked.
    First room smelled of drains. Second room was very noisy until about 10.30pm. Room was not very clean. Towels were pretty threadbare and one had a dirty mark. Carpets were dirty and stained. General poor condition due to lack of maintenance.
