Excellent

I didnt get to the hotel till very late due to plane being delayed but was met by very nice person at the desk. Showed me to my room which was very cosy and warm. I have used Kyraid before and have always been satisfied and good value for money.

Very good

Clean and quiet appartment with two comfortable beds. It is good solution for one night stay, very close to the airport (5 minutes by car). We had the accomodation without breakfast.

Practical and clean hotel next to the airport, handy for those with car rental and early dropp off.

Friendly and professional welcomig service, clean decent room. We were recommended a very nice restaurant in 5 minutes walk away.

It's a budget hotel and as such it met my expectations. Would l stay there again? Yes.

The staff were very helpful as i had to alter my plans several times. The breakfast was plentiful, if not great quality. Handy for the tramway.

The room i had was on the ground floor and it was dark. I felt like i was underground. The location, although convenient for the tramway, was not great. An industrial estate.

It was a special occasion.. my wifes 50th birthday plus our 25 wedding anniversary. Not enjoyable

One sachet of coffee in roomno tea no milk. When making booking I asked if hotel can cater for my wife. Pescatarian/ coeliac. I have email from hotel that this is fine. For breakfast only cold scrambled eggs available for her.. no gluten free bread or gluten free cereal. Very expensive cold scrambled eggs

Very good

Very good value hotel with excellent transport connections

All staff were welcoming and friendly. Very good cooked and continental breakfast at a very reasonable rate. Nice bar with tv. Rooms were quiet, very good free Wi-Fi, kettle in room and much needed good air conditioning. The hotel is 2 mins away from Chemin Long tram stop with excellent connections to the city centre & the airport.

Most things were good however every night we had to go back to reception so they could re-activate our room key - this happened on all 4 nights we were there.
