Breakfest was amazing, all the staff were extremely nice.

The street where the hotel is located gets REALLY crowded on the weekends, so it is a little loud. The events dont go until too late, but if you can, get a room facing the other side.

Great location.

Location is fantastic, along with the restaurant/bar. I also love the water stations on each floor, instead of using plastic bottles. And the person at front desk who checked us in was very friendly & helpful.

The person at the front desk upon checkout was the opposite, not helpful at all in a request we had to see if we left something in one of the rooms amongst our group. Also a bit disappointed the pool bar was not open on a Longhorn home game weekend.

Amazing experience staying at Canopy. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable anniversary trip in Austin. Great hospitality, great location, overall 10/10. We saw some reviews about the streets being very noisy and a lot of disturbance, but didn't encounter any issues during our stay.

Amazing place but terrifying staff.

The property was in a great location for those who want to go to Acl. There is an Acl shuttle that picks up just a few blocks away

The staff. There was an issue with them receiving my payment from Booking.com. So they told me I had to pay right then and there after I had already been there a day. And when I wasnt able to do that, because I already paid through Booking.com, they proceeded to call the cops on me and lied to them, saying I tried to break into the building, which obviously wasnt true because a cop saw that I didnt do that and let me go with no issues. And when you also post a negative review on the Google dock delete it if they dont like it. But the reason for the attitude from the lady at the desk was because she was pregnant.
