    Second stay was just okay
    This was my second stay at this hotel and not as pleasant as my first. Staff at check in were not very professional and the room was noisy. We could hear the band in the lobby on two nights and guests in the next room on one night. I will probably look elsewhere next time.
    Confirmed two rooms would be located together but when I arrived they had been charged.

    Location, Room amenities. Easy parking
    No windows in room is odd. And layout of hotel is.a bit disorienting.

    Modern, cozy, industrial design
    The room was fantastic. I had never been in a hotel room where the ceiling was that high. The room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Umbra Restaurant was superb.
    Even though I was on the top floor, I could hear patrons of the bar loudly cackling with drunken laughter. It was incessant and annoying because I had to catch an early flight. They do shut the bar down and turn out the lights at 11PM, and the noise stops.

    Great hotel ask for higher floor rooms looking outside
    Location , service , food , design
    We stayed on a second floor with a room looking inside and the music from the weekend bar was too noisy. Also in the morning the hotel music starts very loud at 7 am

    I liked the location , the building itself is beautiful , the food , the service Most of all I liked having a glass bottle to fill up in the nearby water dispenser instead of plastic bottles
    The lobby music starts at 7 am and I can hear it all the way in my room and the band show music on the weekends goes on forever and it is difficult to sleep

    Wonderful downtown hotel
    Room layout and staff were fantastic. There are two restaurants on site with both having great food.
    Woven leather chairs in guest rooms are terrible. Extremely uncomfortable to sit on.
