The professionalism of the staff does not match the beauty and regality of the hotel itself. The staff was surprisingly lacking in very basic hospitality skills. The valet, for example, did not have detailed information about overnight parking; when I called ahead to ask about local spa options, the front desk person did not have any knowledge about the local amenities. Although we made a reservation for two people, the room was fitted out for one person (one set of towels; one robe - when I called to request a second robe they brought a different type of robe and it had a hole in it and was missing the belt). The wifi password that was given was incorrect. These are very nit picky comments but I was very surprised by the experience.
