A modern design room perfect for family and the location is near to the mall and the airport.

The layout of the room and complete kitchen utensils and cookware perfect for family.

I like the spacious room and appliances made available in the room.

Staff counter wasn't really friendly. Room given was at a lower level so the room view faces the rooftop access of changi city point, hence felt like privacy wasn't top notch unless we draw the curtains in.

A nice getaway from the hussle and bussle of the city.

The location is away from city area...great for a quiet couple weekend getaway. Also located nearby MRT station that allow me to get to Changi airport within a short time and without hassle. If i want shopping for general stuff...hotel is located next to CHANGI CITY POINT and almost everything is available there. Facilities in room was a good point. We can choose to eat in our studio deluxe room by reheating it in the simple kitchen facilities available in the room. Please be mindful...only simple reheating or cooking is preferable; otherwise the smell will stay in the room and causing it to be very stuffy.

The price and not inclusive of breakfast. The free parking redemption should be extended to driving guests at anytime of their entry and exit within the duration of stay rather than only just once redemption applied per stay.

Location and facilities were top-notch. Very close to the Airport and Jewel. The hotel itself was right in the middle of a commercial area where there's a mall and a multitude of eating choices.

Location, quietness and plane spotting from the room! Staff were excellent and accommodating and we loved everything about it. Would return and hopefully stay in the same room and floor again! Clean and well maintained, keep it up.

The sink outlet was slightly slow to drain, but other than that nothing negative from our stay.

Twas a last minute booking and the check in q was long BUT Natasha made it all better. Tho she was wearing a mask, i could know from her tone of voice that shes a smiley person! Location wise was good cause you can just head down to CCP for food.
