    Comfortable stay and would return
    Comfortable bed, spacious room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
    Doors to hallway are a bit thin but didnt notice as much as I thought we would - other guests all were very respectful.

    Perfect stay - would definitely recommend
    Stunning hotel. I had the junior suite which was gorgeous. Amazing bathroom, incredibly comfortable bed, daily breakfast was delicious, staff were so kind - nothing to complain about! It was also super quiet despite being in the heart of Mexico City!

    We will be back!
    Casa Comtesse is now our very favorite place to stay in Mexico City. The staff was gracious and knowledgeable, the architecture and ambiance was extraordinary, and breakfast and coffee were so good. Oh and the mezcal tasting meant we met and had a great conversation with other interesting guests. The room was charming, not large, and had everything we needed, and more.

    Fantastic boutique hotel in one of the best city neighbourhoods
    Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is really pretty, in a quiet and convenient location, room is spacious, bed is huge and comfortable
    The only thing that should be improved is the bathroom: WC gets stuck all the time and wouldnt flush, shower is either very hot or very cold, hard to control the temperature, water pressure is weak.

    Stayed over there for one night, and it was such a great experience ! I was welcomed so well by the staff who is really caring and generous. The rooms are also really pretty and cosy. Would definitely recommand.
