    The hotel is very clean and is very stylish. The suits are amazing and the size of the room is excellent. The bar staff were as always very helpful and professional. Everything has a luxury feel about it.

    Nice hotel, good rooms, service was 8/10.
    This is a lovely hotel, easily the best that Chesterfield has to offer. Room was nice and the bar area was clearly popular with a good choice of drinks and waitress service. Can't comment on food as we didn't eat there on the evening that we stayed. That said breakfast was a pretty standard hotel affair.
    When we arrived our room wasn't ready, so we had a drink in the bar. The waitress bought us a drinks menu and promptly forgot about us so we had to nudge her to take our order. At breakfast we both ordered the eggs benedict but when they came to serve us they had only prepared one portion. This meant that I got to watch my wife eat her breakfast whilst mine was prepared then she got to do the same after she had finished. Not ideal, but not an earth shattering issue either.

    Restful stay for tired parents!
    Staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome upon arrival. Room was clean and spacious, everything was up to standard. Bed very comfortable, gave a great nights sleep away from the children!! Breakfast was delicious, loads of choice.
    The main restaurant only opened at 6pm for evening meal, we as exhausted parents fancied a meal at 4.30pm which meant we had to go in the bar area. The menu in the bar was limited, on later inspection the room service menu looked more or less the same with a couple more choices.

    Everything was amazing the stuff was great and friendly! The fact on Xmas day the restaurant wasn't availbale at that day the mannager was very helpful and sorted us out with a nice meal.Very Kind !
