    Friendly, modern and functional rooms in a quiet and well connected part of town
    Great location, quiet, functional and pleasant room, staff extremely attentive, kind and helpful,

    The hotel was very clean, the staff members were very nice - very polite and attentive, explained everything in details. The breakfast was nice. Also, location is very good - there is several tram stops and metro near the hotel
    The rooms are too small (Yes, I read that it was 16 m2, still to small). And the beds were not very convininet.

    The staff are friendly and very helpful :)
    It was too warm in the room , but due to centralised heating system , the room couldnt be made cooler, but the hotel staff was smart and resourceful and gave us a fan which helped, made the stay better

    Fantastic staff in the reception. Very helpful, friendly and service minded Especially Hernan who helped me with my wheelchair and luggage Nice rooms and good beds.
    It can be hard to live in the hotel if you are totally relying on you wheelchair since there are a few narrow passages and also doors. The rooms are nice but there is quite a lot of sounds from the corridor, rooms and also outside getting through the thin walls.
