    Terrific if we return to Madrid wed stay here again.
    Staff were excellent always there to help. Look and feel of hotel - lobby was beautiful internal staircases beautiful and our room was beautifully appointed and decorated. Highly recommend this hotel.
    Tissues in bathroom would be great.

    Nice Clean hotel and good size rooms. Friendly staff at the receptiondesk
    We had a streetside room with, although dubble Windows, still noise.. at night noise came mostly from the corridor an extra door between the bed and corridor would be best

    The location was excellent and we were within walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions plus the metro station was less than 2 minutes away.
    I think is important to say that this hotel has one unit to cover a/c or heat for the entire hotel. Meaning that adjustments to the room temperature cannot be made. Our room was extremely hot and we had to request a portable a/c to vent the room. For some this might not be an inconvenience but for others it is. I think the hotel needs to include this in their description so travelers can make an informed decision at the time of booking. If we would have known that we would have chosen a different hotel. Other than this the hotel is okay.

    Love it!
    The hotel and staff are excellent. It is very close to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and many other attraction centers. Bed is comfortable, bath is big, room is very big and quiet.

    Terrible. Tried to contact the hotel in advance through phone and booking chat to change the check in date as our flight was cancelled due to weather and the next day flight also delayed due to a technical issue. The hotel had zero flexibility to make the change, however they told me if we booked through their hotel website it would be fine to change, but how it was booked through booking.com they would make a requested change, and that I need to contact booking.com, however I contacted booking.com and they told me that it was up to the hotel. So I tried to contact the hotel again which continued to not be flexible to make a change. Additionally: - Noisy street - The room was pretty cold when we checked-in late at night - The bathroom floor was also really cold
