    Web site a bit misleading as thought the was a restaurant, bit there wasn't, so has to venture out every night

    Sky lounge closed for 2 nights for private events, then was kept up due to the loud music coming from the event on one night. I was on a trip the first night so unsure if that was problematic. Chaotic breakfast service as the skynlounge where breakfast is served is not big enough, often there were not enough seats, which meant queuing for tables Or finishing breakfast so others can sit, it was not relaxing with people bumping into each other to get past. The toaster was dying all week, then was gone and not replaced on the last day. Extra payment for spa, 15 euros which needs to be booked in advance and only open from 4pm Awful bathroom and shower, bathroom is a wet room with a squeezy mop provided. Water from the shower was low pressure and tepid. The Tv didn't work throughout the stay No follow-up with issues from staff Reception area void of any atmosphere

    Location Breakfast Staff
    Sea view. It sort of has one, although it is across a wide road. The real let down was the horrid old windows. I was expecting a modern expanse of glass but no, these are small panes, dissecting the view and filthy too. Room was a rather spartan with those fancy chairs that are impossible to sit in; style, not mine, over function. Room and bathroom could do with a makeover.

    Room was clean, good view over harbour. Spa was adequate, plenty of towels and fresh water to drink. Breakfast good.
    Had no electricity to appliances after the first night, reported several times. Receptionist did try to see if he could sort it out, but he couldn't. Stayed 4 nights, so I had to throw some food away as the room was warm, and so was the fridge! Found an extension cable to be faulty on the last night when I unplugged the coffee maker to use before we packed to leave the next morning. It was crackling so I unplugged everything. No service person came to see to it while we were there. Ment paying for a better room was pointless

    Staff were particularly helpful and friendly The location was ideal for walking access to the city centre and for bus stops for tours and airport collection and drop off.
    The room was perfectly nice but no frills.the TV connection wasn't great so you couldn't really have it on.

    Excellent hotel with nice spa
    Nice hotel in great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was awesome. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the sea view. Quiet room despite traffic outside, and it was a quick walk up to the big walking with shops and restaurants. Spa downstairs with wet pool and dry sauna was great. The shower was narrow and funky but thats Europe.
