    My room was ok, even if I did pay for a double bedded room and ended up with two singles together
    Room was fine, did not have breakfast
    Long waits for drinks in bar, one of the nights the residents bar was closed for private function and the following night the restaurant was closed for a private function. Where are we to go, the surrounding area only has fast greasy food places. The swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and everything was taken over by outsiders not even staying at the hotel, and most were all very rude especially the older women it was like they thought they owned the place, dedusting people. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it .

    Price is fair considered it is outside centrum Berlin, but we took the S tranin and , 40 min after we were at Alexander Platz
    We had a great room (junior suite), but carpets in the room are challangend, it is easy to see all the spots, dirts etc. and that does not look nice. We like rooms where the floor can be washed, makes it mich cleaner or, you have to clean the carpets more often. Unfortunately we also had 2 not so good experiences in the restaurant and Bistro. Also, we picked this place because of the Christmas marked nearby, we read that it was big, BUT, BUT, now after wisiting it, it is way down on the list. Thanks to the S-Bahn, we saw other great markets

    Loved the decor, the facilities.
    Only thing was one bartender was very unfriendly to us. Otherwise, staff were all courteous and friendly.
