Location is great, close to everything. Staff is friendly. Bed is comfortable. A lot of extras too, such as coffee, tea, filtered water, apples, and cookies!
I stayed on the third floor facing the street, so I can hear street noise and cable cars. However, it didnt bother me at all. I slept through the whole night .

Nope, if I have to mention one thing , one of the bell man ask us to tip him. Tipping is fine but kinda feel weird being asked.

Central location close to all downtown.
They have cookies, coffee, water and tea down in the reception. Also there's a bar inside to have something to drink if you like.
It might need a renewal soon. Other than that, all good.

Great centrally located hotel
Really easy location to find, staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower.
Not a problem for me, but the decor is slightly dated and the net curtain was ripped in my room. Again, didn't impact my stay but it isn't modern!

Great place!
Room was quite spacious for SF standard. I liked the laminate floors. It is way better than carpet, and for those with allergies like myself. Shower was great too.
