    Beautiful Union Square stay!
    Location was great - right next to Union Square!
    The parking was a little tricky and the traffic was bad! (there was an international conference in town)

    Very disappointing the room was clean enough but on a whole a very depressing stay
    Very central
    Was surrounded by scaffolding, no daily grill no bar would not have booked here if we had known in advance. Its a very tired looking hotel badly needs up grading.

    Ambiance and hall ways and room was clean

    Great location, great staff.
    Comfy beds, good showers, good sized rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great part of town in Union Square, 5 minute walk to the cable car turnpoint, close to shopping and restaurants, train staion 5 minute walk.
    Fitness centre needs upgrading. No strength machines, just a few free weights and cardio equipment. Parking is absolutely exorbitant. 3 days parking was $230 USD.

    We will be back. Cant beat the location.
    The location was great, and most of the staff were helpful and friendly
    Some of the staff didnt seem interested in assisting or being there. One of the security guards was letting the power get to his head.
