    A great place to stay in Munnar.
    Located in a tea garden. Some rooms have an excellent view of the tea gardens. The also arrange local tours. They cater to your tastes.

    Mixed Feelings: Serene Views but Overwhelming Sounds at the Hotel
    The room was decently sized and the views were great. The staff in the restaurant were all very friendly. I am not sure if he was the manager but he was friendly in particular!
    The thing that really took away from the stay was the constant playing of the same Christmas jingles over and over and over again. The purpose of my stay was to relax in a serene setting. On top of this, the artificial waterfall sounds like a white noise machine. And to finish it off, they had live music each evening which you could hear in the room. This was so annoying that it took away the joy of the stay completely for me. I had to put noise cancelling earphones to block out the constant noise.

    Good hotel with a magnificent view
    - The welcome by the entire staff team was a surprise. A good start! - Staff was very nice and helpful. - The activities offered by the hotel were interesting. - Really loved the food and the passion of the kitchen staff. - Beautiful views!
    - There is no relaxing/cosy place to sit. Only hardwood chairs, no soft lounge sofas. - The interior of the rooms is a bit old-fashioned. Also some fruit in the room would be nice. - Massages are only given by men, not by women. - Gym really needs an update, equipment is old and damaged.
