    Very disappointed
    The breakfast cannot be mentioned as such. it is far below the basic. We couldn't even be served with water hence forced to buy. The staff reception and treatment very unwelcoming. The room was spelling bad when we entered. We had to call someone to come and spray a refresher to change the bad smell.

    For the price, I was disappointed. The pictures are sort of different from reality. Also booking.com should insist hotels add the area of which they are located(immediate surroundings), so we can make informed decisions.
    I didn't like the area. The hotel is in market area, so there's a lot of traffic and noise. There were cockcroahes in the room and bathroom. And the shower head had mould and had rusted.

    GOOD LOCATION
    This is a hotel that I've stayed at a few times, so there's definitely something about it that i liked, but what made my stay even better was i opted for a better room than the rooms i usually stay in, so it's my opinion that you should spend a bit more and go for more than just the deluxe room. The room I stayed in the TV worked, the AC was on point, i also had a fairly good view, plus the room had plenty of natural light, which can't be said for past rooms I've stayed in at this hotel. But if it's just a bed you need with the basic facilities opt for the cheaper rooms.

    Safes in rooms need replacing or fixing, although you can leave passport at reception.
