    Historic and significant hotel with dedicated staff but the facilities need a bit of updating and investment.
    This is a famous hotel in this region and parts of the building are beautiful. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly.
    Its looking a bit shabby around the edges for a 4 star hotel. The design and decor of the rooms is confused and rather dated: chipped bathroom floor tiles, swirly and slightly hallucinogenic but no doubt stain-concealing carpets abound. Im afraid I wouldnt stay here again, especially not in busier periods when the rooms are costlier. The quality of the food in the restaurant was disappointing.

    A great location to stay and visit friends near Leamington.
    Great room, great dining, good pool, lovely staff, 10 mins taxi to Leamington Station. Our mother in law/ Granny even came and joined us and the grandkids for a hearty breakfast (for an extra fee) and made to feel very welcome.
    No complaints at all (except staff suggest nearest station is Kenilworth but its Leamington Spa). Uber to station is around 10.

    Great location for stoneleigh
    Lovely hotel and great staff. Stayed here to go to stoneleigh during the day.
    There was a wedding on so some loud guests. Would of worked better if wedding guests rooms were kept together.

    Gorgeous venue, good sized room and very helpful staff.
    Lovely building, room was a decent size with a bath. Options for food were good but were not serving on one of the nights unless pre-booked. Staff friendly and helpful. Was the option of the spa and swimming pool too. Good size free car-park always helpful. Games room was welcome too.
    Heating in the room was poor and ended up asking for an electric radiator which they did provide. As above, lots of families turned away as restaurant was fully booked. A little bit pricy food but was tasty - good options at breakfast too. We decided against using the facilities during the family time as the pool seemed very busy.

    The perfect Christmas break away!
    Everything! Greeted by a hugely friendly member of staff who gave accurate and precise information. We were permitted to check in early. The hotel layout and dcor is beautiful and decadent. Our room was a really good size, lovely big bathroom and wonderful view out of window. The spa was lovely, cosy and clean. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice and freshly prepared.
    A minor thing but Bar service was a little slow when ordering food.

    Location and staff
    No glasses or plastic beakers in rooms to cleanse teeth, asked the maid but were told they were not provided. No soft closing doors constantly banging. Could not close window room 208. We have stayed with you many times as our son lives in leamington spa and do not really like complaining but we felt just a couple of things needed to be addressed. But I must emphasise the staff are exceptional could not be more friendly and helpful.

    Family-friendly hotel that our grandchildren found very welcoming. Staff very helpful, quickly sorting out a mix-up over our meal booking. Good breakfast with something to suit everyone.
