    The Chestnut Hill Hotel has a friendly and accommodating staff that provides good service. The Continental breakfast is also very good. Though the bedroom with one queen bed is small, it offers a com (Read More)fortable bed. The double queen bedroom is described as lovely and quiet. The hotel carpet could use some replacement. The location is great with excellent nearby restaurants and fun small shops. The people in the town are warm and welcoming.

    I recommend the hotel for it's location, comfort and pleasant employees.
    The location was the best for us. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and stores. The area is very quaint. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but it could use a greater variety of fruits and gluten-free options.
    Our room was in the front of the building, which I liked because of the view but it was noisy.

    This hotel is in a great location and my room was lovely - however I read that there are some rooms that are small and lucky mine was not. My bed was really comfortable!
    The staff were inconsistent - some were not very friendly at all! The woman who checked me in was rather robotic. Other staff were very nice!

    We enjoyed the quaint aspect to the vintage hotel, but upgrades are needed for that price.
    Front desk staff were very pleasant and attentive. We liked the complimentary cold bottled water.
    The room was dusty due to age, so our allergies were activated. The room maid service was missed on one day. The complementary breakfast was not very good given the cost of the room. They could easily team with the bakeries close by to provide better quality items and coffee.
