The ambience and natraj statue was not clean, the property is very badly managed, food is disaster

Meets expectation

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The palace was very well kept and everything was neat and clean.

The food quality was good but not that great, that could be improved. Since it is a palace, an introductory guide could be assigned for an initial palace tour.

Wow ! it was great and mesmerizing stay with family and loved ones.

I like behavior and courtesy of general manager, he has taken care with all of requirements in this pandemic time. Leven of hygiene and sensitizations was also excellent. palace was very neat and clean.
