    Beware of the hidden costs!
    Conveniently located in central Colombo
    Better options out there for the price and there are heaps of hidden costs when booking via booking.com which was frustrating

    A lovely place to stay, staff were exceptional and we would stay again.
    Spacious accommodation, comfortable beds, items provided in the room (toiletries, drinking water, bath robes etc) all good. Stayed over New Year and there were events to suit.
    The Booking.com description was misleading in that the rooms described do not exist and so staff were unable to provide what was expected.

    Location and view
    Service, booking.com showed as per invoice 149 USD. The hotel charged me 206 USD saying above amount is taxes. I showed them the VAT exemption card. But the reception guy said we can't do this. Very weird and unprofessional

    Location
    Rooms are not close to the lift and you have to walk a lot to get to the room from the lift. Room service is not good. For food taken at restaurants you have to settle bills immediately which usually is not the case with other hotels and you can settle bills at the time of checkout.
