Great view from the suite, accessible location, good breakfast
Dishonest staff charged 50usd as a deposit which were never returned. Upon checkout I was told it would be returned within 14 working days, after spending my time on multiple emails and hearing multiple excuses I do believe my deposit won't be returned as there's no way it should take 3 months.
Rest of the staff was friendly and helpful throughout entire stay.

Had a huge 3 bedroom apartment, clean and comfortable. As requested they had decorated master bedroom with balloons and flower petals for my parents anniversary.

Pleasant stay.
The staff are very friendly and attentive. The buffet dinner was excellent. You have variety of choice even youre a picky eater.
The hotel rooms are outdated. We stayed there 25 years ago and still the same until this day. It needs a good refurbishment and upgrading.
