The rooms in the capsule will remind you of illegal immigrants hiding in basements and you pay more than 35-50 GBP or 60-70 USD for a capsule that is less than 4 ft high, less than 7 ft wide ( double room). The photos uploaded in booking.com won't reflect how to tiny the rooms are. Even in London they won't charge that much.
There is no place to change except in toilets. They got a good luggage storage facilities but the table there is often packed with wet bedsheets. The ground floor entrance is half blocked by water filters
The breakfast is the worst I found so far after traveling 22 countries, serves only white breads and powered coffee and milk mixed. Surprisingly, they won't serve even liquid milk for coffee and tea. However, lack of liquid milk supply is a problem in many Singapore central area hotels and shops
The staff were mostly cold, unhelpful and arely smile. We struggled with taxi booking for 20 mins and the staff simpled watched and sit. They are very strict with check out time and tell it very rudely
Howeve, such unfriendly behaviour of the staff is a problem with most of Singapore be it in shops, hotels and food outlets. Most shop staff won't smile or help spontaneously
Overall, if you travel with a mindset of western Europe or even an Indian sense of hospitality in this hotel or many other places you would be disappointed.
