It was one of my favorite hotel stays Ive ever had!

It was beautiful, very modern, and in a good location. I loved the large bed and the control system for everything including lighting, blackout blinds, and the morning alarm.

The thermostat did not work so great and one of the towels had a very small red stain on it that possibly looked like blood.

The room was very modern and fun. I loved the remote operated lighting and the fun colors. The room was also very clean.

We made a reservation here and made the long drive in all the way from Canada. Check in was supposed to be for 2:00pm. Despite our reservation, we were put on a "waitlist" for a room and had to wait in the lobby due to the hotel staff being behind on housekeeping. There were a lot of people waiting. We weren't given access to our room until around 3:00pm. This caused us some inconveniences as we needed to be in our room for 2:00pm to get ready for an event we had in the city. Due to not having access to our room right away, we had to forfeit our dinner plans that we were looking forward to before attending our event. In this case, every minute mattered, so we drove all that way and missed out. However, what we were most disappointed in was the fact that the hotel staff did not offer us anything for not having our room ready on time. We were expecting that they might have thrown in a free drink at the bar or a free breakfast, but they did not. We thought this was the least they could do.

Great location, modern and helpful staff. Only issue was parking.

Very modern and different from your typical hotel.

There was no parking available for the hotel. If theres an event at the Garden, parking at the local parking garages are outrageous if you can find one. The garage used was a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

Very cool hotel with a beautiful view

The hotel meets all expectations: clean, beautiful design, polite and friendly staff. The breakfast was very tasty, even though I don't eat meat, there was a variety (including fish). The view from the room is gorgeous. The number itself is controlled using a special iPad, interesting expirience.

The only thing is that I could not connect my device to the TV, the process should have been simplified. Otherwise, everything is great!
