    The location of this hotel is perfect and the bed is comfortable, but the pillows are too hard. There was a fire alarm that caused panic and confusion but turned out to be nothing. The hotel staff is (Read More) polite and attentive, and the room is small but well-designed. The hotel is eco-friendly and centrally located. The room is clean and comfortable, but small with no space for larger luggage. The hotel is recommended for light-sleepers. The hotel is in a fantastic location and the check-in process is easy. The rooms are cozy and the hotel is close to major attractions. The bathroom privacy could be an issue for some. The hotel is modern and hi-tech, with efficient check-in/out and a great breakfast view.

    Copenhagen is generally expensive so on value for money the hotel gets a zero but the rooms were super clean, staff really friendly and helpful, the room has an iPad which is used to control everything in the room (lights, blinds etc...), the hotel is less than 5min walk from the train station and a few take away spots and a convenience store with great views from the rooftop and tourist attractions like the Tivoli Gardens
    The size of the room for what we paid for...i.e. 2 people cannot open their suitcases at the same time in the room

    Great location, very comfortable room and polite staff!
    Nothing - we didnt do any food in the hotel so Im not sure how it was, but had a drink at the bar which was lovely.

    Great hotel, lots of fun but a few tweaks such as tea or coffee would make a big difference.
    Location, clean, functional
    Hated the toilet in the middle of the room and didn't like not having tea or coffee facilities in the room. Morning cup of tea meant going up 6 flights of stairs.

    Would definitely stay there again.
    Location was perfect for a city break. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Public areas very welcoming and comfortable.
    Bed was very comfortable but cumbersome to get in and out of. Cooked breakfast same every day and could have been hotter.

    The staff were all so friendly! Some of the best service we have ever had. The rooftop was really cosy. Love the fun decor and panoramic views. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. You can't get a better location either. We came back to Copenhagen a few days later on our trip and didn't hesitate to book CitizenM again. You won't regret staying here.

    Super place to stay. Everything was really perfect. Location worth recommending, very nice staff, comfortable room. I recommend it to everyone to stay, the quality of service is worth the money spent. If You plan stay in Copenhagen, You could choce this place for sure.

    The hotel is in the heart of the city, the rooms are cosy and clean. City view from the room is amazing. Breakfast is tasty. Staff are super friendly!
