City hotel suitable for a stay of a few days; cleanliness could be improved

City hotel located about 15-20 minutes of footwalk from the main station, located at the riverside directly next to a large shopping centre and Ikea. Good breakfast.

Room is quite small for three people and a longer stay, and there is insufficient cupboard space. The hotel offers room cleaning on demand. Nevertheless, the room was not well cleaned when we arrived - there was plenty of dust under the cupboard and the bed, and there was rubbish from former guests in the rubbish bin. We ordered room cleaning once during our stay for the next day. As this had not been done until 11:30 on the day requested, we asked at the reception if it will still be done on that day, which was confirmed. We then left the room and returned in the late afternoon - unfortunately the cleaning still had not been done then, obviously it had been forgotten despite our two requests. Only after contacting the reception again, someone showed up.

Very good

Very clean room, friendly staff. It was a city view room and we loved it. Rooms are quite spacious, with a good sized TV and well equipped bathroom.

Breakfast was a little expensive, but it's probably in line with the pricing across most of the city.

The first room we took was spacious and clean. Facilities were great. However, we returned after 2 days from visiting another city. We got checked into another room that was not cleaned well. They said it was a twin bed but it was just two single beds put close together.

The staff at the front desk could've been a bit more friendly. However, the staff at the breakfast were friendly.

The hotel was very good, room was perfect and spacious for the one with balcony and has a lovely view.

The hotel few min walking distance to centre and sometimes you need a taxi than walking especially when it is raining. But in overall was good.

Ultra modern hotel

The Ultra modern Danish Architecture of the building and surrounding areas. The Breakfast deserves top marks so much variety and beautifully displayed the staff efficent and very courteous . Lovely and friendly

Well I.took my pet very little choice of areas where he could go whilst I ate . Also no bowls left for him.in room . I wouldn't say it was totally pet friendly and you pay 200dk per night
