Perfect location, really close to the center. Beautiful building and very friendly staff.

The breakfast buffet wasnt as extensive and it was always the same, except on 1. January, they added pancakes.

Good value for money and good location for Christmas Markets

Location is ideal if youre going for Christmas markets which are walking distance away. Floor in bathroom was heated. Room had good heating/aircon. Staff were very nice, a lovely lady let us check in early as our room was ready ahead of check in time which we really appreciated after our flight. A few shops and cafes were very close to the hotel. Its across from a train station which was handy for getting to and from the airport or other places in Copenhagen. No major complaints about our stay.

Having two single beds instead of a double bed was frustrating. Shower pressure was very low which was unfortunate. Our bath had a lot of rust.

Good Italian restaurant and bar, friendly staff

Bathroom not very clean, bad lighting, poorly sealed windows, draughty and lots of noise, poor value for money at 650 for two nights, expected more and had to pay for car parking on top of 650??

Pleasent hotel with excellent location close to the Railway station, Tivoli and City center.

Location was perfect Hotel was nice

1.The room was fine for 2 people, but we have made the reservation for 3 people and got the same room as for two adults. The extra bed was added to the room, which made the space a bit squeezy. 2. Unfortunately the heating in our room was not working et all. We hoped that the issue is solved immediately, but it took amore then 1 hour to move us to another room. 3. And I was really surprised when nobody from the hotel give us a word to say Sorry, or we apologize .... Maybe next time.

Great location for the main attrcaions and city

Room was very nice and clean. All the main features you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of what to eat. Location is good for access to the city centre, Tivoli, Cinema and railway/Metro/bus stations.

3pm check in! I arrived at 12pm and emailed the hotel to say that it would be appreciated if an early check in was possible. Other hotels close by in Copenhagen I have stayed with are more flexible. Breakfast - You have to pre-book your time slot for breakfast which I found odd. Coffee - The coffee comes out of one of those machines which you press a button and it makes the cappuccino for you. It was awful! My suggestion would be if you want a decent coffee then go to Emerys or Espresso House or even the little cafe at the railway station opposite the hotel. They are all much better. Room - the only issue I had was the curtains let in the light from the street despite the blinds being closed at night too. I did not have the perfect sleep because of that issue. Get these few little things right and my stay would have been perfect.
