    Exceptional Service with excellent standards
    The service we received from the front desk to each restaurant we used was exceptional. The hotel manager even greeted us in our arrival and every member of the staff at this hotel made you feel special.

    Can be 3 Starr hotel, is not 5 star resort with to to low service they have!
    Really nothing special
    Low services as a 5 star grand resort! Is just nice rooms but not clean as a 5 star resort, not caring for guests for service, they clean the rooms near 7 o'clock evening, all day stay unclean because they don't have enough staff, it can be 3 star hotel, Compared to other 5 star hotels the hotel is not even 3 star as a service!

    Best hotel I ever stayed. Excellent and immaculate facilities. Hospitality were fantastic and all staff in the hotel that I had interacted were great.
    I lost quite a bit of money at the casino.

    Its an amazing place and the staff are excellent.
    Walking through the smoke in the casino to get to breakfast Two separate spas for men and women, wanted to be with my male friend not in two seperate areas!

    Only one small issue is that there is no plug next to the mirror!
