Front office staff is good very polit and smooth check in I forget lady name name I think is Amber if I m not worng ..
And engineering team is good too quick action.
I think housekeeping need give more attention in cleaning.

But most of housekeeper forget check cup washing and tea cattle .. it's dirty and kattle have past checkout guest left over water in tea kettle
And towels condition it's seems discard one still using.

The room was okay for a family, I like the breakfast and it was really good. The staff was nice, they spoke with calmness and they were nice. They were fast to respond to issues.
My room had issues with the electricity connection, so my wife complained, and the guy came to fix it. After 5 minutes, the lights flickered and then went off. We complained but of no use, so basically we were staying without lights in our room. Then, one of our friend booked a sea view room, and he paid the money, but when he reached the venue they said that sea room is not available and said sorry, he had booked because I told him too, this was a very bad experience for him and his parents.

Old hotel in a very bad location. The pool was terrible and for UAE standards it is not worth it. The one in business bay is way better. I would never stay there again.

Only the back board of the bed or the bed itself needs to be adjusted, so that the reading light be shifted away to let the guest lay on the board. The light itself seemed a bit strange for me.
