I will definitely come back again

It was exceptionally clean, from the rooms to the other facilities like the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hairdryer in the room was brilliant. Bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic facilities and location

Heating didn't work in our room and Jacuzzi wasnt warm either. Had to wait too long to get served breakfast too.

The location was central to the shopping area and christmas markets, also food and drink was a short walk.

No issues everything was great, the staff couldnt be more helpful

The service in the restaurant for breakfast was a little bit slow. This caused a lot of queuing and waiting for drinks/food.

Spacious bathroom

Rooms were not cleaned prior to my stay. The lights were broken on arrival also. Breakfast waiting times were outrageous and I had to wait 30 mins before receiving my breakfast.
