Good facilities, but bad wifi.

I like how the property is really classy, there was a coffee area at the level 1 that allowed us free flow coffee and tea in takeaway cups, which is so nice when its cold outside in winter.. The hotel also uses rituals soap, so it was nice smelling and the room is also really nice interior design. Breakfast buffet is good too, was one of the most variety and the food was delicious.

The hotel wifi is pretty bad, its non existent. Not sure if its because we didnt connect to the right wifi, but to be honest I cant even use YouTube smoothly on the hotel TV because of poor connection :/ relied entirely on my personal unlimited data package to surf the internet in my stay. In addition, while the hotel is nice, the surroundings at night are a bit rowdy, could hear ruckus from downstairs- probably because it was a weekend and theres a pub/restaurant.

Exemplary hotel

Clarion hotel group (Strawberry in Scandinavia) is a well known and respected group of hotels that I have stayed in many times and never had any cause to complain. This hotel,well what can I say other than fantastic. 2nd time of staying here within 2 weeks (Northern Light cruise in between) had a second chance to view and judge it. So clean and comfortable,location brilliant all finished off with a brilliant group of staff who were so friendly and welcoming. In addition best breakfast experience ever encountered. Thank you very much.

Great location, great stay

Hotel room was a good size and in a great location. Breakfast was amazing and staff were wonderful. I would recommend this hotel

We were in room 517 and it was a little noisy from the nightclub below but nothing too bad

Location is great. Survived the room inconveniences.

Location was great! Price was fair.

The room lighting was extremely poor. Very dark. Needs more brighter lights. The window curtain when closed covers the heater. The curtain needs to be 4 inches shorter in that location. Wanted to ask a question at reception - no phone in room!!??
