    Great hotel central to everything you need with great staff
    Great location for the hotel, close walk to everything and some great restaurants and rooftop Bars nearby. Our room had a balcony which was an unexpected plus. All the staff were really helpful and attentive, they helped me book a taxi and helped with bags when needed. Tony was a great concierge that made sure we had everything we needed at all times.
    Our bed was a little creaky with a dip in it. But otherwise it was comfortable.

    Great staff make it a comfortable stay
    The staff was always very friendly and helpful. They make the hotel a very nice and safe place to stay. They speak good English. (The waitress at breakfast remembered the second morning immediately how my wife wanted her coffee .) We enjoyed our stay.

    The location is perfect, close to the lake, and other interesting places in the Old Quarter. The room is cozy and comfortable. This hotel is exactly the right place to experience an authentic atmosphere of Hanoi.

    Great location although not suitable for someone with bad legs or back.
    This place is in a great central location, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is delicious.
    There was no lift so you had to walk up stairs in which someone who has bad legs or back would struggle.

    Great location, rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed in our first night was a bit firm but staff happy to change us to a new room with a softer bed. Great stay and amazing staff.
    Only enough hot water for one shower.

    Location, staff friendliness, clean and big bedrooms as advertised.
    Low ceiling, especially the stair area, bumped my head. Should have more vegetarian options for breakfast buffet. Airport shuttle service could have been lower or free given that Grab service is cheaper. Given that we book the hotel, the service should have come for free.
