    Staff very friendly. Bedroom very clean. Nice modern feel to hotel.
    The bathroom in our room had a leaking tap, dripping bath, awful shower head. Disappointing.

    Very rude manager on New years night. Staying with 2 small children, we were told that the restaurant is booked out, and that's fine. But don't tell us that the bar is walking in and food will be available and then make us plus the kids wait in the lobby for 3 hours with no food. One staff members say - eat in loby, another one says absolutely not, kids are exhausted, and there are people in the toilet, literally doing DRUGS. Eventually, food arrived and was no match to prices, and we were made to eat in lobby. It has been so far the worst hotel experience for NEW YEARS night ever.

    Was a very nice looking hotel, looked very fancy and staff were friendly, room was a nice size
    No way to adjust the air conditioning in the room, so was always too warm Turned off the air conditioning but the really noisy fan kept randomly coming on throughout the night waking us up Tv was a smart tv, but couldnt connect to the internet due to there being no option in the settings, most of the tv stations didnt work Overall, wasnt a good stay

    Poor, have to ask the staff most of the time, not like other Claytons, find this is the worst, did not clean the toilet or refresh room, staff came at before 9am to clean, we were still in bed so told him to come back after 12noon, never came back, I informed the receptionist he was so rude
    Read the above and make changes yourself! Very disappointed

    Enjoyed our stay. Will be back.
    Didnt have breakfast but supermarket was five minutes walk away. Swimming pool and sauna in basement of hotel which we used every day. Easy to get into town by car and bus.
