    Cosy, quiet room with excellent bed and shower. The breakfast was ample and delicious, and there was also a fridge and kettle in the room. Only stayed one night but had a great night's sleep. Lucia, the proprietor is so warm and friendly. We'd stay again when down in Sussex next time!
    The check out time (10 am) was a little early for us with breakfast and moving the car, but that's a minor point.

    I could not of picked better and we will return to this amazing place! Cannot recommend Coast more!
    Everything! That is being completely truthful. From the moment we met Lucia we were made to feel welcome. Coast is an amazing B&B. May I say Ive stayed in Boutique hotels that did not come up to the standard of Coast. The room was amazing. The bathroom was so clean with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath. White Company amenities made it have that luxury feel. White fluffy towels finished the room off perfectly. Bringing me on to breakfast. Freshly cooked by Vicki. We were made to feel nothing was to much to ask for. Oh and the coffee was divine! Hot too!!!
    I cannot find anything I disliked about the property. Parking was difficult but that is not the fault of Coast but the road in which it is on. Lucia does give you parking permits which allow you to park on the road. This is one of the downsides of wanting to stay in a coastal town as popular as Bexhill.

    Absolutely lovely stay at Coast B and B. Very comfortable and our host was super. Our room was lovely and sunny with table and chairs overlooking the garden at the back. Everything was super clean,bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Smoked salmon and eggs..mmmm. lovely coffee too. Would definitely stay again.
