We liked it so much we would come back.

Restaurant/Bar staff was great. We enjoyed the flatbread pizza, beverages and friendliness of each person.

Room 201 is well-lit at night; outside lights and no curtains to block the light.

Car will get towed

Parking not clearly labeled. Hotel claims they tell people at checkin and they do not and does not claim responsibility. Car will get towed at your expense. I have never seen this be an issue at any other hotel ever. Our car towed.

Some of the best staff I have ever encountered.

From the outside you could tell right away it was a well-maintained property. The design inside was clean and modern, and the staff were exceptional in their appearance, professionalism and friendliness. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The breakfast was the biggest surprise. The little breakfast room was well-stocked with delicious food. Most self-serve breakfast set ups have poor-quality food. This location had individual quiches, real bacon (most places serve the awful filler sausage) and warm fruit pastry.

The fees and taxes make the room much more expensive than advertised. This is an industry-wide problem that should be addressed. The pool could be open later.

Very nice, minus the AC unit not working. We would still stay here again

It was very near St Norbert, it was very clean and well maintained, the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good had a variety of options to choose from.

It would have been nice to have ice water available at the coffee/tea bar or in the lobby and also at breakfast. Our air conditioner unit was broken; it seemed to be working when we arrived yet when we came back to room late at night, we realized it wasnt working when we were already nestled in for the night. I fussed with the the AC unit for a bit and saw I that nothing worked. We were too tired to pack everything up and change rooms at that point, so we did not call the front desk. We let them know in the am, a nice man came up and got it running. It stopped working quickly after that. We were compensated a bit for our inconvenience.

The hotel was nice, clean, and a convenient location next to campus.

Location close to campus, clean rooms, lounge was nice, friendly staff.

The price per night was quite expensive. I felt like the hotel was taking advantage of people staying their on a special weekend like graduation. The lounge could stay open later on weekends, or at least when you have a group of people that would make it worthwhile to remain open a little longer.
