    Great place for convenience of location/water park but don't expect the best room and cleanliness.
    The water park, arcade and little movie screen area were great for the kids. Location was great as it was nearby everything from Icon Park, universal, gifts shops, restaurants etc.
    Cleanliness of the room was not great. There was hair in the bathroom from previous guests. There was makeup all of the doors in the bathroom. On one of our nights there was a roach that was spotted as well. We had requested a deep cleaning when we reported the issues on our first day and they provided a complimentary breakfast for us which was good but after they did their deep cleaning the makeup on the doors was still there.

    Not worth the price to pay for a resort.
    The heated pool.
    Breakfast opens too late 7:30 am. The room the king bed the mattress was the worst thing in the world it sinks to the middle making in possible to sleep on. The rooms need updates.

    A few shampoo on the room, parking charges and charges for early check in, not the charge but the atendent could tell us to wait on the pool area before room availability

    The bathroom kept clogging up other rooms which affected our room and the smell of the hotel altogether. Also, the pools were barely heated. They could have definitely made them a bulwark considering we were here visiting during winter.

    That there was a Starbucks inside.
    The transportation was very limited. You could only book the day before and their hours to book were only open 7-11a.m. With transportation you were still not able to enter the park before it opens and stay until the park closes. There should be a notice that states the reservations for free transportation can only be made in person 24 hours in advance from 7 -11 a.m. There should be a phone number to call to make reservations for transportation. The sheets in the room had a pungent fowl odor. The television would not turn on or off without the front light being on. When you turn off the front light it would turn off the tv. You should be able to watch tv with the lights off. It was very annoying to have the light on while watching tv. There was only 1 handicap parking by our hotel room. There needs to be more handicap parking. The soap was bad quality.

    It was close in proximity to Universal, stores, dining.
    Our room door had issues with opening everytime we wanted to get in our room as it did with other guests as well. Pool was too cold to swim in. 1 hot tub always too full to even use & not very hot. Had to ask for towels every day. Breakfast was ok but not great. Too expensive for how run down the place is
