    George is running the guest house like it is nothing. Our activities in Periyar collapsed due to bad weather and we had thousand of questions for George. He answered everything, gave us ideas, organized numerous tuktuks flawlessly. We understood each other with half a word and that's very rare in India. The room and the house are great! George showed us the plantation as well

    Staff were nice, room was clean and spacious.
    Wifi was down for pretty much a whole day (although they said it was a tree fallen so no fault of theres). I think having just some toast available for breakfast would be good and giving people the option to choose. We asked but got bought curry and all these local foods for breakfast which we just didnt want (had been in india for a month and had both recently been ill) and we felt bad not eating it - it felt wasteful. Communication with guests could have been better too.

    Lovely homestay in lush surroundings
    George is a young man with ambition! The original family home has been extended to create a very comfortable homestay in a lush plantation. He is extending it further to include two more rooms, one with its own pool! His mum is an exceptional cook and breakfast & dinner were a daily treat - especially the potato toasted sandwich (amazing!) and the Keralan beef roast. George gives you an informative tour of all the plants on the property and is always on hand for local information, booking shows etc. Our room was huge with a lovely balcony and fantastic views. We also enjoyed a daily morning walk up the little residential road, greeting locals on the way and seeing workers at the cardamom plantation. Thanks again to George and his family and team.

    Our stay was excellent. Amazing and comfortable facilities, very clean. The host was exceptional. He helped us arrange different tours and was very kind to us. Will 100% recommend it. :)

    Super locality. Great hospitality. Amazing rooms with wide window views to the greens. Must try.
    Location was super quiet locality in middle of so many trees n greenery. Breakfast was fixed menu everyday which was confirmed to us before going to bed the previous day. It was delicious. Staff & the owners were so welcoming & made pur stay a memorable one.
    Nothing that I could spot.

    Very welcome Homestay and we had a great time, all helped by our host.
    The Homestay was open and spacious. George was very friendly and helpful. He arranged theatre tickets, cooking lessons and a car.
    Still being constructed in parts so our dining view was not great. We had to ask for little things like napkins a lot, and I would have expected the welcome drink to be complimentary

    George and his family are the best! This place is spacious, beautiful, and feels just right. The food is amazing! Very flavorful and served well. Professionalism and service were top of the line. The garden is beautiful and the location is so close to everything! George even exchanged cash for us at the stay at a fair rate. I recommend this place! Stop contemplating and book it!

    We had a large room, George the manager was so helpful!
    The breakfast / dining room was backing onto a building site, the bedroom and the dining lacks soft furnishings so there is a lot of echo!

    Very enjoyable and relaxing.
    Best shower and bath ever. Very clean. Very spacious. Lovely gardens and garden tour. Lovely family.
    Portion sizes were quite small. Food was a little on the expensive side.
