    The Colebrook Guest House exceeded expectations with a free upgrade to an en-suite room. The basic room was clean with a comfortable bed. Security measures were appreciated, with a locked front door (Read More)and CCTV in the car park. The owners were friendly and attentive. The convenient location near Reading made it a perfect choice for an overnight stay. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended for a pleasant experience.

    Had a bed to sleep.
    Bed was not clean, They try to run the hotel as robotic way. Before you go, they did send a mail to tell me the code to enter the house!!! I just booked it a day before and because I was travelling, I did not check the mails!!! I said, I did not read the mail. The reseptionist insist 3 times that, he saw the mail opened, so I read it!!! Room was very cold and bed was not clean. Because, it was late and I didnot wanted to see the man, I sleep with my clothes:((( It was not a good experience.

    We were attending a family birthday on the next street, so location was ideal for us.
    Ideal location, room was spacious and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked and offered a wide range to suit all appetites.

    Nice and affordable accommodation in Farnborough with friendly staff
    Came to see WDF World Darts Championship in Lakeside and chose this accommodation, which was reasonable price and good location. Easy check in, room was small, but I was travelling alone, so it was absolutely fine. There was cattle to make tea or coffee and some snack. Very good breakfast, you can choose from several meals from the menu, and they will quickly prepare it for you. Friendly staff, always polite and caring, we had a nice chat also. I can definitely recommend this place.
    Lot of garbage on the streets around and in the town itself (cans, bottles, plastic bags...), but that is of course not the fault of the accommodation.
