Location beds & pillows were very comfortable staff was very nice

The hotel is ok just it has to be clean as pets are around

The breakfast was good, a variety of food and a big quantity.

The hallway was not clean and smells very bad, we can see stains on the floor. Also, the elevator was smelly. I dont know may be because the hotel was pet friendly. The room was small for two beds, we have to push the chair to go to washroom. The coffee maker was not connected to electric plug and we couldnt find one behind the table, I plugged in the tv plug and I put it on the floor.

Disappointing

They should mention its a connecting room.We cant sleep the next door are noisy.

The location was the perfect walking distance to the attractions on clifton hill

We booked our room for a 2 night stay about 3 weeks prior to our trip to Niagara Falls. When we checked in, we got a small corner room right beside the pool and across the maintenance room. All we could hear was screaming kids in the pool. The upkeep of that room was terrible which did not make us feel comfortable at all. The next morning we asked for a different room. That room was on a different floor and overall better but the neighbour on the one side had a dog and it barked the entire time their owner was gone. Which was for a solid 5 hours. The neighbours on the other side left their tv on so loud until 4am it kept is from sleeping. Terrible stay at this hotel. We will never go back.

Conveniently located and budget friendly. The breakfast buffet was really good. I enjoyed it.

The rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear the sounds throughout the night, especially the beeping sound made by the elevators
