    Friendly staff and everything we wanted in a quick stay. The hotel quickly addressed an issue we had with a room.
    Had an issue with the blinds not opening. This was quickly addressed by the hotel and they moved us to an equally nice room.

    Overall, a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back next year! :)
    The property is clean and in a great location for the area. its got a great view of the river. The staff overall was very helpful and upbeat. It seems like a very positive environment.
    We have stayed here a few times and there wasnt anything we didnt like. It was a busy weekend because of the holiday and it was still an enjoyable stay.

    The whole staff went 1000,% we had miss trip our son wife went in our spot . There is a few major issues but the staff was on point and will return and will pass the word that this is a wonderful spot and you take care of business thank you so much for looking out for our children and giving them a lifetime memory

    Overall, this stay was very nice. The entire staff was very informative and pleasant.
    From the time we checked in until the time we left, everyone I mean everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. I do not believe I've had a nicer crew to welcome us into any hotel before. The rooms were clean the hallways and elevators were clean as well. The room service was TOP NOTCH!!!! 10's all across the board
    the only one thing I did not like was the housekeeper did not remove the trash when she cleaned the room on the second day. She very well could have overlooked it but she definitely made up for it on the remaining days.
