The Comfort Inn & Suites in Levis, Quebec is a clean and convenient hotel located near the highway. Guests appreciated the clean rooms and amenities such as the pool and breakfast options. The staff (Read More)were friendly and the water pressure in the shower was great. Some guests found the beds to be comfortable while others mentioned that the carpet in the rooms was old and in need of replacement. Overall, it provided good value and a convenient location for travelers.

Disappointing

Would not recommend to visit this hotel again in terms of service. Poor Poor service

Hotel located close to highway and very close to all tourist places in Quebec

Hotel did not provide us with even water bottles. When we brought our own water bottles, they did not allow us to refill the water from the refill machine apart from breakfast hours. Also, room had old AC system which did not cool the room. There was no room cleaning service during 3 days of our stay.

Good place for a pit stop to rest

good location and decent breakfast. hotel outdated and would benefit from room renos. this was only a pit stop for us so it was great. we had a good night sleep to hit the road again the next day.

The rooms were old and dated.

just OK for the price. good breakfast. bad sound insulation. nice staff

included breakfast was good. main bed was comfy

Lot's of pipe noises in the morning woke us up. rooms had a weird smell. the sofa bed was terrible. in the suite the tv was not in front of our bed!
