Too expensive for the quality of the room and services.
There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The bathroom needed renovation and was not very clean. The breakfast was not enough for the guests. They would run out of food often and it would take time to bring more food. No drinking water available. They ran out all the time.

A pleasant stay
The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom and shower was good.
The hot breakfast was ok, but lacked a good selection. In fairness, we stayed over Christmas with a limited staff so it may be better other times.

We enjoyed the stay and will return to others.
Meals were good although times were a little short - but they were short-handed in the kitchen; one person quit and a woman was working 7 days a week! She needs some relief. She was very nice though.
Close to all we needed and wanted to do there.
I think it would be nice if there were a little area where people could purchase small items (snacks, etc.) if desired.

OK place if you're not bothered by the presence of cockroaches in the room
During our stay, we encountered several cockroaches in our room, which was a significant discomfort for my family and me. We decided to check out a day earlier than planned due to these unsanitary conditions. However, upon attempting to leave, we were charged a penalty fee for early departure. While the hotel staff suggested that we could have been relocated to a different room, this solution missed the essence of our concern. Our decision to leave was driven by a desire to completely vacate the premises, not merely to change rooms.
