The price

Too far from downtown, you could hear people through the floors and walls, other hotels are more noise proof, when we came in late we didnt know we needed a key to get through the door the young girl was yelling through the door Dont you have your key very rudely!! The lobby was full of loud people playing pool and hanging out like a night club and not a hotel

Overall a good stay

Staff was great as well was the room. Easily accommodated to the top floor per my request, as we were traveling with our service dog. Everything was easy to find and having use of the gym was great too.

No microwave in the room and the breakfast wasn't the best. Eggs were very bland and the sausage had a weird taste to them.

Tru is more than a brand!!!

Literally this place was top-tier! The staff were so welcoming and the place was really clean. The presentation of the property and location was inviting and easy to find. Ms. V was such a help and really cared for us! The food was an excellent touch as well! Great place we really would love to come back too!

Really cant say we had any dislikes.
