Ho (Read More)wever, there were also frustrations with limited food options, hours, and amenities. Some guests had issues with Wi-Fi and the lack of a microwave in their rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a nice pool area and fitness center. Diamond at the front desk received praise for her excellent customer service.

The lady at the desk told me they do not take my bank and kept calling it prepaid, which it is not. Didnt offer to help

One night is alright

Close to everything

None of the amenities were available. Staff fussy not very welcoming. Gave many guests a hard time when asking questions regarding unexpected charges.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff

Property was clean and parking easily accessible

The location is off a high traffic light area. So it took almost 10 minutes getting from the hotel to the light that should have taken one minute. And the wallpaper behind the toilet seat was discolored or bleached

Disappointing

We were not able to order from the Bistro due to no cook on duty. Wasn't able to purchase coffee from Starbucks due to no barista on duty. The shower handle was broken, and the toilet seat was very loose.

It was a relaxing stay.

The staff was awesome! Nick at the check in desk and Shanese at the bar were great. The rooms were clean and spacious.
