First of all Im not sure why my credit card was not able to be charged we travel A LOT I have used my cc in several states and I had zero issues with using it at the Hilton that very day she didnt even let me try my card while I was annoyed the pool was closed I wasnt going to make a big deal about it if its closed disclose that I had next weekend booked for two days and was going to add a third I canceled that reservation the front desk employee was overwhelmed because there was a line of people the first guy was able to get his room without signing his paperwork she said god damnit in front of all of us and her hair was dirty the second people a guy finished the reservation for a lady that wasnt him but staying in the room the lady in front of me no issues even got her paper even though the printer was not working then theres me she couldnt process me thats whatever theres thousands of hotels in Columbus I asked for an email stated that I wouldnt be charged because they refusedy payment method that I reserved the room under didnt receive the email I went back in to find her talking about my situation to the next customer that had cash which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional talked to her manager I got the email after writing it down even though it was the same email I reserved the room under I travel quite a bit I absolutely will NEVER stay at any of your hotels I travel along side MANY people and will absolutely let them know to not stay with this company I had a great stay at a Hilton hotel and has ZERO issues with THE SAME CARD I TRIED TO USE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT even with the extra charges she said she couldnt charge my card forI have four scheduled trips to Columbus we leave every room neat and orderly I have never had a charge to my card for damages not once I leave a tip for the staff and other than normal cleaning of the room Ive never had any issues with any stay
