Everything was exceptional! The stuff was very friendly, welcoming ,and cooperative. They upgraded my room from superior city view to pool view. The food was really good and definitely I will repeat it again and again

As usual the hotel lived up to my expectations
The variety of food was good
I thought I had included breakfast in my booking but it turned out it was no included. Is this due to ambiguity on the Hotels. Com booking system? I was informed by a colleague there were two different rates for breakfast to the left was Egyptian 420 and to the right Egyptian pounds 210. There is no clear signage as to what's in each category. For example I like to start with fruit which is to the left and have no idea if this is under the 420 or 210 charge. Some indication as to what breakfast costs which amount would be useful.

Great value for money, good facilities and various places to eat
Clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. Fabulous Italian restaurant with great food and staff. Live pianist in the lobby was exceptional. Great facilities especially the pool.
