    Very bad and disappointing stay worst stay Ive ever stayed in a hotel
    Probably only the tv it was the only thing that you could like at this trashy hotel and towels that were made like animals like geese and a crocodile
    The room service was trash and the staff was good except for like 2 or 3 of them which were very rude and when we ordered extra water they said we have to pay for they only give you extra water for free when you order room cleaning and at the buffet at breakfast and speaking of the buffet there was a lot of things that wasnt fresh like the mini croissants and the white toast tasted like sponge very bad hotel wont recommend just spend an extra 2500 pounds at max and go to Tolip garden hotel and it is in the same exact location we were four on this trip me and my family so if your family is smaller or you are traveling alone the 2500 pounds obviously will decrease no idea how this hotel have 7.4 out of 10 and a like sign oh and I almost forgot the wifi barely worked what a trash hotel and the 3 people i talked about earlier were 2 of the room service and one in the reception and the rooms were barely cleaned since the cigarette glass thing were fulled and they had some towels that was made like animals like gees and a crocodile which was very nice and cool and hardworked for but instead of focusing more on decorating clean first

    Definitely not a 5 star hotel
    We wanted to be close to the airport.
    The Waterpark was not working, the food was not great. For a 5 star hotel you would think you could get decent coffee in a cup, not a Necafe sachet in a paper cup. Juice served in a plastic take away style cup. The buffet had stale pastries and the food was not great. The hotel has potential but needs a revamp and should be re assessed as a 3 star hotel. 1 of the 4 rooms we had booked smelled of damp, the shower flooded the bathroom, we ran out of toilet paper, took them an hour to bring us more. Not a great way to end an otherwise great trip in Egypt.

    Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful, coordinating and generous. Totally worth living here.

    From the moment you see the hotel you are impressed. Greeting and checking in at reception are exceptional. Service is 11 out 10. Fantastic facilities, and great comfortable rooms. Will definately now be my goto hotel, whenever in Cairo

    Lovely place to relax and unwind.
    My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here! It's a bit out of the way and not really close to anything but it doesn't matter because everything you could need is inside the hotel complex. The pool area is a lovely place to chill at and there's also a spa and gym. The bed was so comfy and the shower was incredible.
    The breakfast and dinner are a tad overpriced.
